Using the service

Vooz provides random video matching, profile discovery, messages and related social features. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, respecting other people and following the community guidelines.

Visitor access and accounts

You may be able to start without completing a sign-in form. Vooz may create a guest session to provide the experience. Do not misrepresent your identity, bypass access controls or interfere with another person's account.

Free allowances and paid services

Start with free matches and messages. Check in to earn more. Top up whenever you want additional paid services. Vooz displays the applicable price before you confirm a paid action.

Acceptable conduct

Do not harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate others; expose private information; distribute malicious files; request illegal content; or use Vooz for fraud. Do not record or redistribute another person's video without permission.

Moderation and availability

Vooz may restrict content or access when necessary to enforce rules, protect users, comply with law or maintain the service. Matching availability, connection time and a specific person are not guaranteed.

Ending use

You can stop using Vooz at any time. For account deletion, payment, refund or dispute questions, contact support with the relevant account or transaction reference.
